Pilates classes at the Ypod
STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original mind-body exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. With exercises that use the body's weight as resistance, it incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles.
Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. Because Pilates focuses on posture and the deep abdominal muscles it’s perfect for anyone who has to sit at a desk all day. It can also help people who spend long periods on their feet and are at risk of developing back problems. You'll feel both taller and invigorated.
This will be a 10 week course that is open to both beginners and those more experienced. Pay only £50 for all ten classes or pay as you go for £6. Be sure to book early as places are limited! Starting date: Monday, Sept. 1st. at 5:30 PM.
